4. Returns Policy & Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal: According to European legislation, the consumer has the right to return products within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. The product must be returned in its original condition, with the packaging intact (due to the nature of the products as food items). Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Defective Products: In case of receipt of a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 working days at info@aristotelesfarms.com for immediate replacement or refund.

5. Payment Methods & Security

Payment: Credit/Debit cards (via Stripe/Viva Wallet), Bank Transfer, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Note on Cash on Delivery: To ensure the security of the transaction, for orders choosing COD as the payment method, a 50% deposit of the total value is required. The remaining balance is paid to the carrier upon delivery. In case of unjustified refusal to receive the order, the deposit is retained to cover shipping and handling costs.

6. Shipping Methods & Costs

Greece: Delivery within 1-3 working days. Free shipping for orders over €70. For smaller orders, the charge is calculated based on weight/dimensions.

International: Shipping to Europe and worldwide with charges and delivery times specified during the checkout process.

Tracking: Upon shipping, the customer receives a Tracking Number.

7. Newsletter & Communication

The business reserves the right to inform users about new products and offers via email, provided the user has given their consent. The right to unsubscribe from the mailing list exists at any time via info@aristotelesfarms.com.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
