The combination of traditional and modern cultivation (the latter based on a scientific basis and international literature) is primarily aimed at producing products of excellent quality with respect to the consumer, the environment and us, the growers, as we spent countless hours in the farms to take care of the trees, making our products purely "handmade". Our goal is quality and the highest taste.
The ecosystem that has been created on our farms is the result of organic farming and the absence of the use of poisons and synthetic chemicals. Unlike traditional methods that use pesticides and chemical fertilizers, organic farming promotes sustainability and biodiversity.
On our farms, we have noticed an increased presence of beneficial insects, such as bees and butterflies, which help pollinate the plants. Also, natural predators, such as ladybirds and birds, help to control harmful insects, creating a natural balance in the ecosystem.
When it comes to controlling weeds and grasses, we use natural methods that do not negatively affect the environment. We use crop rotation and the use of organic cover materials, such as straw, to limit the growth of weeds. In addition, the manual removal of weeds helps maintain the soil and prevents the disruption of biodiversity.
In this way, a sustainable and healthy ecosystem is created, where plants grow naturally and people can enjoy products without harmful chemicals. This farming model not only protects the environment, but also ensures the long-term health of our soil and crops.
